| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 인도시아닌그린(ICG)이 봉입된 히알루론산 나노하이드로젤 및 그의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 자세하게는 현재 임상에 사용 중인 인도시아닌 그린을 생체적합성 고분자인 히알루론산에 접합시켜 수용액 상에서 인도시아닌 그린이 봉입된 히알루론산 나노 하이드로젤 및 그의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 인도시아닌 그린-히알루론산 나노하이드로젤 프로브를 사용하면, 종래 인도시아닌 그린이 외부 빛에 대하여 안정성이 낮고, 생체 내에 안정성이 떨어지던 단점을 극복할 수 있으며, 히알루로니데이즈를 과발현하는 특정 암세포에 대한 타겟 이미징이 가능하다. | ko |
