| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 바이오디젤 생산 조류인 보트리오코커스 브라우니의 생장 촉진과 동시에 바이오디젤 생산능을 향상시키는 기능을 가진 리조비움 속 KB10 균주에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 바이오디젤 생산에 사용되는 보트리오코커스 브라우니의 생장을 촉진하면서 양질의 바이오디젤 성분에 해당하는 C18 (올레인산) 함량을 최대 9배까지 증가시키는 기능을 가진 신균주 리조비움 속 KB10 균주에 관한 것이다. 리조비움 같은 근균류 박테리아를 이용함으로써 보트리오코커스 브라우니의 저조한 세포 생장을 효과적으로 촉진함과 동시에 양질의 바이오디젤 성분인 올레인산 함량을 최대한 증가시킬 수 있다. 또한 이러한 박테리아를 이용하여 혼합 배양함으로써 옥외배양을 통한 바이오디젤 생산 공정 시 다른 미생물에 의한 오염 발생 문제를 획기적으로 해결할 수 있다. | ko |
