- Abstract
- 본 발명은 감수(Euphobia kansui)추출물, 분획물 또는 이로부터 분리한 디테르펜 화합물이 상피세포에 작용하여 분화된 상피세포의 재생능력을 높이는데 필요한 PKD1의 활성을 유도하고, 이는 하부의 ERK1의 인산화를 유도하고 Cyclin D의 생성을 유도함으로써 손상된 상피세포의 활성을 유도하는 효능이 뛰어나 상처 치료와 손상된 피부의 재생을 활성화하는 능력이 매우 뛰어남을 확인하여 손상된 피부를 회복시키는 약제학적 조성물로 제조될 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 피부 세포의 활성을 유도하는 기능성 화장품으로 개발될 수 있다.
