- Abstract
- 본 발명은 인간 L1CAM에 대한 인간화 항체, 그 제조방법 및 상기 인간화 항체를 포함하는 암치료용 조성물에 대한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 인간화 항체는 낮은 면역원성(immunogenecity) 및 L1CAM에 대한 높은 친화도(affinity) 및 특이성(specificity)을 가지고 있어 암 세포의 증식을 효율적으로 억제할 수 있으며, 부작용도 최소화될 수 있다는 장점이 있다.
