- Abstract
- 본 발명은 대장균 유래 TPSP (trehalose-6-phosphate synthase/phosphatase fusion) 유전자를 포함하는 재조합 벡터로 식물세포를 형질전환하는 단계를 포함하는 생육저해 현상이나 형태적 변형 없이 고온 스트레스에 대한 내성이 증진된 형질전환 식물체의 제조 방법 및 상기 제조 방법에 의해 제조된 생육저해 현상이나 형태적 변형없이 고온 스트레스에 대한 내성이 증가된 형질전환 식물체에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 TPSP 과발현 형질전환 식물체는 고온 스트레스 환경에서 생산성 향상과 수확량 증대에 크게 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
