- Abstract
- 본 발명은 진주초(Phyllanthus urinaria L), 헛개(Hovenia dulcis Thunberg), 황금(Scutellaria baicalensis G.) 및 계피(Cinnamon) 혼합추출물을 유효성분으로 함유하는 B형 간염 예방 및 치료용 약학적 조성물, 및 건강식품용 조성물에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로 본 발명의 혼합추출물 및 이의 분획물은 B형 간염 바이러스 e 항원 및 s 항원의 생성을 억제하고, B형 간염 바이러스의 DNA 복제 및 중합효소 활성을 현저하게 낮추며, 또한, B형 간염 바이러스의 간세포 부착을 억제하고, 세포독성이 낮아 B 형 간염의 예방 및 치료용 약학적 조성물, 및 건강식품용 조성물에 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
