- Abstract
- 본 발명은 구강세균의 증식에 의한 치아우식증 및 치주질환 예방 및 치료를 위한 경구용 조성물에 관한 것으로, 글리세린지방산에스테르(Glycerin Esters of Fatty Acids), 차카테킨(tea catechin), 소르비탄지방산에스테르(Sorbitan Esters of Fatty Acids), 빌베리(Bilberry) 및 황금추출물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 단일 또는 2종 이상이 수용성 필름 기재 내부에 균일하게 분산된 경구용 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 경구용 조성물은 치아우식증의 원인균인 스트렙토코커스 뮤탄스(Streptococcus mutans) 및/또는 치주질환의 대표 원인균인 푸조박테리움 뉴클레아툼(Fusobacterium nucleatum)에 대해 뛰어난 항균활성을 나타내므로 상기 균의 증식에 의한 치아우식증 및 치주질환 예방 및 치료에 유용하게 이용될 수 있다.
