- Abstract
- 본 발명은 글리세롤 발효미생물의 변이체를 이용하여 글리세롤 또는 폐글리세롤로부터 1,3-프로판디올과 이소부탄올의 동시생성능을 가지는 변이 미생물 및 이를 이용한 1,3-프로판디올과 이소부탄올의 동시 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 자세하게는 2,3-부탄디올 생산 대사경로가 차단되고, 동시에 이소부탄올 합성 대사경로가 이식된 변이균주 및 이를 이용하여 글리세롤로부터 1,3-프로판디올과 이소부탄올을 동시에 생산하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따라 바이오디젤 산업의 부산물인 폐글리세롤을 이용하여 고부가가치 산물인 1,3-프로판디올과 이소부탄올을 동시에 생산하여 산업적으로 유용하다.
