- Abstract
- 본 발명은 메타게놈(metagenomic) 유래 신규 셀룰라아제(cellulase)에 관한 것으로, 더욱 자세하게는 로봇기반 초고속 탐색 시스템을 이용하여 토양과 한우의 루멘(rumen) 부유물에서 추출한 메타게놈 라이브러리로부터 선별된 셀룰라아제(celEx-SF301, celEx-SF309, celEx-BR15), 이를 코딩하는 유전자 및 재조합 셀룰라아제의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에서 선별한 3종의 셀룰라아제 celEx-SF301, celEx-SF309 및 celEx-BR15은 엑소셀룰라아제 활성 및 엔도셀룰라아제 활성을 가지고 있으므로, 섬유소계 바이오매스를 이용한 바이오에탄올 생산에 이용될 수 있으며, 섬유, 세제, 사료, 식품, 펄프 및 종이 생산 등 다양한 산업 분야에 적용할 수 있다.
