| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 단백질 티로신 탈인산화 효소를 이용한 갈색 지방세포 분화 조절 방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 PTP-RE(protein tyrosine phosphatase receptor type E)가 갈색 지방세포의 분화 초기 단계에서 발현이 감소하고, PTP-RE의 과발현하여 갈색 지방세포의 분화를 억제하고 인슐린 수용체 인산화를 감소시키는 것을 확인함으로써, 상기 PTP-RE가 갈색 지방세포 분화 조절에 유용하게 사용될 수 있다. | ko |
