- 본 발명은 프로모터 및 전장 (full length) SYCMV 핵산 서열을 포함하고, 상기 전장 SYCMV 서열 중 외피 단백질 코딩 유전자 내에 외래 유전자를 삽입할 수 있는 제한효소 부위를 포함하는 SYCMV 유래의 재조합 발현 벡터, 상기 재조합 발현 벡터에 FMDV (foot-and-mouth disease virus) 01Campos strain의 항원 유전자가 삽입된 재조합 발현 벡터, 상기 재조합 발현 벡터를 이용한 식물체 내에서 외래 유전자 과발현 방법, 상기 재조합 발현 벡터를 이용한 외래 유전자가 과발현된 식물체의 제조 방법, 상기 방법에 의해 제조된 외래 유전자가 과발현된 식물체 및 이의 종자 및 서열번호 1의 염기서열로 이루어진 SYCMV 유전자를 제공한다.
