| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 아실-코에이:콜레스테롤 아실트란스퍼라제에 대한 저해활성을 나타내는 신규한 화합물인 피리피로펜 S, 그리세오풀범 F1959 균주를 이용한 상기 피리피로펜 S의 제조방법 및 상기 피리피로펜 S를 포함하는 심혈관계 질환의 예방 또는 치료용 약학 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 피리피로펜 S는 ACAT에 대한 저해활성을 나타내어, 동맥경화 병변의 진전에 관여하는 콜레스테롤에 아실기 전이를 억제할 수 있으므로, 동맥경화증, 고지혈증 등의 심혈관계 질환의 치료에 널리 활용될 수 있을 것이다. | ko |
