- 본 발명은 , 일반적인 바이오디젤 생산방법인 화학적 반응에 따른 고온 고압공정이 갖는 과다 에너지 사용 문제 및 다량의 폐수 발생 문제를 해결하고자, 화학 촉매 대신에 지방분해효소인 리파제(lipase)를 이용하여 생물학적 바이오디젤을 보다 효율적으로 생산할 수 있도록 고안된 연속 반응기 및 바이오디젤 생산 방법을 제공한다.
