- Abstract
- 본 발명은 신규한 세포 유사분열 저해제인 N-메틸렌나프토[2,1-b]퓨란-2-카보하이드라지드 유도체에 관한 것이다. N-메틸렌나프토[2,1-b]퓨란-2-카보하이드라지드 유도체는 유사분열 과정에서 튜불린의 중합을 저해하여 세포자살을 유도한다. 또한 다제약 내성을 보이는 암세포에도 효과가 우수하다. 따라서 다양한 암을 비롯한 세포증식성 질병의 치료에 중요하게 이용될 수 있다. 이미지존재(전문참조)
