- Abstract
- 본 발명은 흑반병 저항성을 증가시키는 고구마 유래의 IbOr-Ins 유전자 변이체 및 이의 용도에 관한 것으로, 고구마 유래의 IbOrange 유전자에 특정 염기서열을 인위적으로 삽입한 IbOr-Ins 유전자 변이체를 포함하는 재조합 벡터로 형질전환된 고구마 식물체는 흑반병에 대해 강한 저항성을 나타내므로, IbOr-Ins 유전자 변이체를 이용하여 곰팡이 및 진균에 의해 발생하는 병해에 내성을 갖는 식물체를 개발할 수 있다.
