| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 싸이토크롬 b5 환원효소 3(cytochrome b5 reductase 3; cyb5R3) 단백질을 유효성분으로 함유하는 암 예방 및 치료용 약학적 조성물에 관한 것으로, 상기 cyb5R3을 과다발현하는 암세포에서 저산소 유도 인자-1(Hypoxia-inducible factor-1; HIF-1)의 발현이 유의적으로 감소하여 암세포의 생장을 억제하며, 생체 내에서 종양의 성장 및 전이를 효과적으로 억제하므로, 본 발명의 cyb5R3 유전자 또는 단백질은 암 예방 및 치료용 약학적 조성물의 유효성분으로 유용하게 사용될 수 있다. | - |
