| dc.description.abstract | 본원은 세포를 p62 단백질, 상기 p62 단백질의 ZZ 영역 또는 상기 ZZ 영역의 128 내지 163 잔기와 상호작용하는 N-end rule 라이겐드와 접촉하는 단계를 포함하는 자가포식 조절 방법 및 그 용도를 개시한다. 본원에 따른 p62를 이용한 N-end rule 경로를 통한 단백질 제거는 변성된 단백질의 비정상적인 축적으로 인한 다양한 질환의 치료 또는 예방을 위한 치료제 개발에 유용하게 사용될 수 있다. | ko |
