- Abstract
- 본 발명은 광활성 메티오닌(methionine) 모사체 도입 단백질 G 변이체에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로 단백질 G의 세 번째 항체결합 부위(PG-C3)의 31, 34 및 39 위치를 메티오닌(Met) 잔기로, 36번 위치를 아르기닌(Arg) 잔기로 치환한 PG-C3 및 메티오닐 tRNA 합성 효소(methyonyl tRNA synthase, MRS) 변이체인 MRS5m을 코딩하는 플라스미드를 대장균 내로 도입한 후 정제한 pM 도입 단백질 G 변이체는 UV를 조사하면 항체와 특이적인 공유 결합을 형성하므로, 상기 pM 도입 단백질 G 변이체는 고감도 바이오칩(biochip) 및 바이오센서(biosensor) 제조에 유용하게 이용할 수 있다.
