- Abstract
- 본 발명은 바실러스 유래 목적유전자 발현 증진용 프로모터 변이체 및 그 용도에 관한 것으로, 더욱 자세하게는 바실러스 츄린겐시스(Bacillus thuringiensis) 유래 Cry3Aa 프로모터를 포함하고, 상기 Cry3Aa 프로모터 -35 부위의 상위(upstream) 영역에 바실러스 서틸리스 (Bacillus subtilis) 유래의 aprE 프로모터 또는 바실러스 서틸리스 (Bacillus subtilis) 유래 rapA 프로모터를 포함하는 목적유전자 발현 증진용 프로모터 변이체 및 그 용도에 관한 것이다. 본 발명 목적유전자 발현 증진용 프로모터 변이체는 바실러스 균주에서 목적 단백질의 발현을 현저히 증진시킬 수 있어, 단백질, 폴리펩티드 약물과 같은 목적단백질의 대량생산을 통해 생명공학, 의학뿐만 아니라 산업적으로 유용한 단백질의 생산에 효과적으로 사용될 수 있다.
