| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 환삼덩굴(Humulus japonicus) 추출물 또는 그의 분획물을 유효성분으로 포함하는 퇴행성 뇌질환의 예방 또는 치료용 약학적 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 도파민성 신경세포사의 억제 효과 및 산화 스트레스에 대한 신경세포의 보호 효과와, 인지 능력 및 기억력 개선 효과를 갖는 환삼덩굴 추출물 또는 그의 분획물을 유효성분으로 포함하는 퇴행성 뇌질환의 예방 또는 치료용 약학적 조성물 및 예방 또는 개선용 건강기능식품에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 환삼덩굴(Humulus japonicus) 추출물 또는 그의 분획물을 유효성분으로 함유하는 조성물은 도파민성 신경세포사를 억제하고, 산화 스트레스에 대한 신경세포의 보호 효과를 지닐 뿐만 아니라, 파킨슨병 및 알츠하이머병과 같은 퇴행성 뇌질환을 지닌 동물 모델에서 인지 능력 및 기억력 개선 효과를 나타내므로, 알츠하이머, 파킨슨병, 루게릭병, 경도 인지장애, 뇌졸중, 및 헌팅턴 병 등을 포함하는 퇴행성 뇌질환의 예방이나 치료를 위한 식품 또는 의약품으로 유용하게 사용될 수 있다. | - |
