- Abstract
- 본 발명은 , 화학식 1의 화합물, 이를 유효성분으로 함유하는 신경근육질환의 예방 또는 치료용 약학적 조성물에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로는 척수성 근위축증(Spinal Muscular Atrophy, SMA)을 치료하기 위한 미생물 유래의 천연 활성물질에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의하면, 천연물(미생물)에서 분리된 2차 대사산물을 활용하기 때문에 임상에서의 효율성 및 안정성을 높여, 척수성 근위축, 루게릭병, 뒤시엔느 근위축증, 또는 근긴장성 위축증(Mytonic Dystrophy)과 같은 다양한 신경근육질환의 치료에 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
