- Abstract
- 본 발명은 VHL(Von Hippel-Lindau) 유전자의 전사활성 유도 및 암 세포 성장을 억제하는 dsRNA(double strand RNA)에 관한 것으로, VHL 유전자의 프로모터 부위에 상보적인 dsRNA는 암세포주에서 종양억제 유전자인 VHL 유전자의 전사활성 및 단백질 합성을 증가시키고, 암세포의 세포자멸사(apoptosis)를 유의적으로 유도함으로써, 상기 VHL 유전자의 프로모터 부위에 상보적인 dsRNA를 암 예방 및 치료용 조성물에 유효성분으로 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
