- Abstract
- 본 발명은 코우메스탄(Coumestan)계 화합물 또는 이의 약학적으로 허용 가능한 염을 유효성분으로 함유하는 대사성 질환 또는 이들의 합병증의 예방 또는 치료용 조성물, 또는 항산화용 조성물에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 콩잎으로부터 분리한 코우메스탄계 화합물은 α-글루코시데이즈, α-아밀레이즈, DPP-4(Dipeptidyl peptidase-4) 및 hACAT의 활성을 효과적으로 억제하고, LDL 산화를 효과적으로 억제함으로써 이와 관련되는 대사성 질환 또는 이들의 합병증의 예방 또는 치료에 유용하게 사용될 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 항산화 활성이 우수하므로 항산화용 조성물로 유용하게 사용할 수 있다.
