| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 산꼬리풀(Pseudolysimachion rotundum var. subintegrum) 추출물로부터 분리된 신규 정제물, 이를 유효성분으로 포함하는 염증, 알레르기 및 천식의 예방 또는 치료용 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 산꼬리풀(Pseudolysimachion rotundum var. subintegrum) 추출물로부터 분리된 신규 정제물은 본 발명에 따른 제조방법을 통하여 함량이 현저하게 증강된, 고함량의 카탈폴 유도체를 포함하고 있기 때문에, 마우스 난백알부민-유도 천식 동물모델에서 호산구의 증가, 면역글로불린 및 염증성 케모카인의 분비를 효과적으로 억제하는 활성을 나타내 염증, 알레르기 및 천식 질환의 예방 또는 치료용 약학조성물, 건강기능식품 또는 건강보조식품으로 유용하다. | - |
