| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 성숙지방세포에 특이적으로 결합하는 앱타머 및 이의 용도에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로 FACS 기반 SELEX 방법을 이용하여 앱타머 라이브러리 중 3T3-L1 성숙지방세포(mature adipocyte cells)에 대해 결합 친화도가 높은 앱타머를 선별하였고, 상기 선별된 앱타머가 초기성숙백색지방세포(primary mature white adipocyte)에는 결합하지만 초기성숙갈색지방세포(primary mature brown adipocyte)에는 결합하지 못하는 것을 확인함으로써, 상기 선별된 앱타머는 성숙백색지방세포의 검출 및 정량, 또는 비만 예방 및 치료제 스크리닝에 유용하게 이용될 수 있다. | ko |
