- Abstract
- 본 발명은 미생물로부터 추출된 인지질에 포스포리파아제 A2 (phospholipase A2)를 처리하여 리소포스파티딜에탄올아민 (lysophosphatidylethanolamine) 18:1을 생산하는 방법 및 상기 방법에 의해 생산된 리소포스파티딜에탄올아민 18:1에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 리소포스파티딜에탄올아민 18:1은 식물체의 생장 저해 부작용 없이 식물체의 면역 반응을 증가시키기 위한 백신 재료 및 과일 저장성 증진용 조성물로 사용될 수 있으며, 더 나아가 식품, 의약품, 화장품 및 농업용으로 사용될 수 있어 관련 산업에 매우 유용하다.
