- Abstract
- 본 발명은 TRSV(tobacco ringspot virus) 재조합 벡터 및 이의 용도에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에서 제조된 TRSV를 이용한 재조합 벡터는 담배, 애기장대, 박과, 콩과 등 폭넓은 기주 식물에서 원하는 유전자를 효율적으로 침묵(silencing)시켜 유전자의 고유 기능 연구를 가능하게 할 뿐만 아니라 경제적으로 가치 있는 유용 유전자들의 탐색에 매우 유용할 것으로 여겨진다. 또한, 유용 유전자들을 이용한 식물의 새로운 품종 육성을 기대할 수 있으며 특허를 통한 원천기술 확보에도 유용할 것으로 기대된다.
