| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 조산 및 질염 원인균에 대한 항균 활성, 성병 원인 바이러스에 대한 항바이러스 활성 및 질내 부착능이 우수한 락토바실러스 속 균주 및 이의 용도에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 락토바실러스 속 3종의 균주는 조산과 질염 원인균 및 성병 원인 바이러스에 강력한 항균/항바이러스 활성을 나타낼 뿐만 아니라 질내 상피세포 부착/정착성이 이미 알려진 특허 균주 및 표준 균주보다 우수한 것을 확인하였다. 따라서, 이들 균주 및 균주 혼합물은 향후 세균 및 바이러스에 의한 성병을 비롯하여, 조산/질염 및 각종 여성생식기 질환 바이러스에 대한 치료제/치료보조제/예방제 등으로 보다 효과적으로 사용 가능하여 관련 산업에 매우 유용하다. | - |
