| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 바이오 센서, 및 그의 제조방법이 제공된다. 본 발명의 바이오 센서는 절연성 기판 상에 패턴화된 볼록부를 포함하는 그래핀층을 포함함으로써 구조적으로 내부에 중공 구조를 포함하는 공명부를 통하여, 그래핀층 상에 결합된 프로브 물질이 표적 물질과 결합할 때 변동되는 무게 변화를 감지하여, 별도의 라벨링 처리 없이도 효율적으로 표적 물질을 탐지할 수 있는 바이오 센서 및 그의 제조 방법이 제공된다. | ko |
