- Abstract
- 본 발명은 다공성 자성 복합체, 이의 제조방법 및 이를 이용한 고정화 효소 제조 및 단백질 분리 방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 의하면, 자성체의 표면을 전이금속으로 간편하게 개질할 수 있고 동시에 다공성 및 증가된 표면적을 얻을 수 있다. 이러한 다공성 자성 복합체를 이용한 효소 고정화 과정에 있어 정량적인 수치를 통해 정확한 효소 고정화 비율 및 활성도를 제시할 수 있고 이를 통해 간소화된 자성체 제조 공정과 표면적 증강효과가 병행되어, 이에 따라 히스티딘이 태깅된 효소 및 단백질의 고정화 및 분리 기능이 향상되는 효과가 있다.
