- Abstract
- 본 발명은 3차원 장관 오가노이드(3D intestinal organoids) 및 3차원 신경외배엽 구체를 포함하는, 파킨슨병 다장기 모사 모델의 제조방법 및 이의 용도를 제공한다. 상기 파킨슨병 모델의 제조방법은 파킨슨 관련한 기존의 2D 제조방법보다 시간적, 공간적인 면에서 우수하며, 이를 더 정교하게 재현할 수 있는 파킨슨병 특이적인 모델을 제공할 수 있다. 또한, 상기 제조방법으로부터 제조된 모델은 파킨슨병 환자의 장 관련 질환을 동시에 연구할 수 있는 다장기 모델 시스템으로 사용될 수 있다.
