| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 복수 개의 시료에 대하여 특정 단백질의 존재 여부를 동시에 확인하거나, 또는 단일의 시료에 대하여 복수 개의 단백질의 존재 여부를 동시에 확인할 수 있는 고밀도 웨스턴 블롯 어레이 분석 방법에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명의 분석 방법에 의하면 시료의 체적이 감소되고, 극소량의 항체만으로도 분석이 가능해지며, 시험에 소요되는 시간이 대폭 단축될 뿐만 아니라, 고가의 장비가 필요없이 장치를 콤팩트하게 구성할 수 있고, 실험 포멧의 제약 없이 분석을 진행할 수 있는 장점이 있다. | ko |
