- Abstract
- 본 발명은 신규한 세포 유사분열 저해제인 인돌 유도체, 이의 입체이성질체 또는 이의 약제학적으로 허용가능한 염, 치료용 약제를 위한 이의 용도, 이를 함유하는 조성물과 상기 조성물을 이용한 치료방법 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 인돌 유도체, 이의 입체이성질체 또는 이의 약제학적으로 허용가능한 염은 유사분열 과정에서 튜불린의 중합을 저해하여 세포자살을 유도하며, 다제약 내성을 보이는 암세포에도 항암 효과가 우수하다.
