- 본 발명은 전사-비의존적으로 세포 사멸을 유도할 수 있는 암 예방 또는 치료용 펩타이드, 이를 포함하는 약학적 조성물, 및 이를 이용한 스크리닝 방법에 관한 발명이다. 본 발명의 펩타이드는 Bcl-X L 과 복합체를 형성함으로써, 세포 사멸을 유도할 수 있어, 암 치료를 위해 사용될 수 있는 한편, 상기 복합체의 구조를 이용하여 항암제를 스크리닝 할 수 있다.
