| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 뮤신이 없는 배지에서 배양한 아커만시아 뮤시니필라 균주 또는 이의 배양액을 유효성분으로 함유하는 대사성 질환의 예방 또는 치료용 약학적 조성물 및 건강기능식품 조성물에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 장내 미생물인 아커만시아 뮤시니필라(Akkermansia muciniphila) 균주는 고지혈증, 지방간, 비만 및 당뇨를 포함한 대사성 질환을 개선시키므로, 대사성 질환의 예방이나 치료를 위한 식품, 의약품 또는 사료로 유용하게 사용될 수 있다. 특히, 본 발명에서는 뮤신(mucin)이 있는 배지에서 배양한 경우보다 뮤신이 없는 배지에서 배양한 아커만시아 뮤시니필라 균주를 경구투여(in vivo) 했을 때, 고지방식이로 유도된 마우스 모델에서 발생한 고지혈증, 지방간, 비만 및 고혈당의 개선 효과가 현저한 것을 확인하였기 때문에, 본 발명을 통해 아커만시아 뮤시니필라 균주의 효능을 극대화하기 위한 특정 배양 배지 조성 및 최적화된 절대 혐기적 배양 방법을 개발함으로써, 본 발명은 관련 산업에 매우 유용하다. | ko |
