- 본 발명은 서열번호 1의 딸기 FT2 유전자의 프로모터 염기서열 중 740번째 염기에 위치한 SNP를 포함하는 8개 이상의 연속된 뉴클레오티드로 구성된 폴리뉴클레오티드 또는 이의 상보적인 폴리뉴클레오티드를 포함하는, 딸기 품종 중 일계성과 사계성을 판별하기 위한 SNP 마커 조성물, 프라이머 세트, 프로브 및 마이크로어레이, 상기 프라이머 세트 및 증폭 반응을 수행하기 위한 시약을 포함하는, 딸기 품종 중 일계성과 사계성을 판별하기 위한 키트 및 상기 프라이머를 이용하여 딸기 품종 중 일계성과 사계성을 판별하기 위한 방법에 관한 것이다.
