- Abstract
- 본 발명은 UPC2 (Uptake Control protein 2) 또는 ECM22 (ExtraCellular Mutant 22)를 코딩하는 폴리뉴클레오티드를 포함하는 효모 균주의 내산성 증가용 UPC2 또는 ECM22 발현 카세트, 상기 카세트를 포함하는 UPC2 또는 ECM22 발현 벡터, 및 상기 벡터가 도입된 재조합 균주에 관한 것이다. 또한, 본 발명은 상기 재조합 균주를 배지에서 배양하는 단계를 포함하는 유기산 생산 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 UPC2 또는 ECM22를 과발현하는 재조합 균주는 내산성을 나타내어, 효율적인 유기산의 생산이 가능하다.
