- Abstract
- 본 발명은 EPRS (glutamyl-prolyl-tRNA synthetase) 단백질 또는 이의 단편을 포함하는 항RNA 바이러스용 조성물, RNA 바이러스 감염 질환의 예방 또는 치료용 조성물, 및 상기 조성물을 이용한 RNA 바이러스 감염 질환의 예방 또는 치료 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 EPRS 단백질 또는 이의 단편을 포함하는 조성물은 PCBP2 단백질에 결합하여 MAVS 신호전달 경로를 활성화시킴으로써 항RNA 바이러스 효과를 가지므로, RNA 감염 질환의 예방 또는 치료용 조성물로 우수한 효과가 있다.
