dc.description.abstract본 발명은 유전성 강직성 대마비(Hereditary spastic paraplegia)의 진단을 위한 프라이머 및 이를 포함하는 유전성 강직성 대마비 진단용 조성물 및 이를 이용한 유전성 강직성 대마비 정보 제공방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 프라이머는 소량의 시료로도 정확한 진단이 가능한 효과를 가진다.-
