| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 코티닌에 특이적으로 결합하는 항-코티닌 키메릭 항원 수용체 (CAR)를 발현하는 자연살해 세포 및 이를 포함하는 세포 치료제에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 코티닌에 특이적으로 결합하는 키메릭 항원 수용체를 발현하는 자연살해 세포는 코티닌에 접합된 접합 물질에 따라 암의 종류와 관계없이 종양 조직에 효과적으로 이동할 수 있으며, 따라서 본 발명에 따른 자연살해 세포는 효율 높은 항암 효과를 나타내는 유전자 치료법으로 유용하게 이용될 수 있다. | - |
