- 본 발명은 암 특이항원 TAG-72(tumor-associated glycoprotein-72)에 특이적인 인간화 항체 및 상기 항체를 포함하는 조성물에 관한 것이다. 구체적으로,본 발명은 TAG-72에 특이적인 인간화 항체 AKA/HzK의 중쇄를 돌연변이시켜 항원에 대한 친화도를 증가시킨 인간화 항체 및 상기 인간화 항체의 경쇄를 인간 경쇄로 치환한 항체 및 상기 항체를 포함하는 항암 조성물에 관한 것이다.
