| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 서열번호 1 내지 30의 올리고뉴클레오티드 프라이머 세트로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 프라이머 세트를 포함하는 작물 종자의 갈락티놀 신타아제(galactinol synthase) 유전자 증폭용 프라이머 세트, 상기 프라이머 세트를 이용하여 작물 종자의 갈락티놀 신타아제 유전자를 특이적으로 증폭하는 방법 및 상기 프라이머 세트를 포함하는 작물 종자의 갈락티놀 신타아제 유전자를 특이적으로 증폭하기 위한 키트에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 채소 및 곡물 건조 종자에서 발현되는 분자 마커의 증폭을 통해 작물 종자에 감염된 바이러스 진단시 바이러스 PCR 증폭 결과를 신뢰할 수 있도록 하여 효율적이고, 정밀한 진단의 정성적 평가 지표를 제공할 수 있다. | - |
