| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 조혈줄기세포에서 자연살해세포로의 분화를 촉진시키는 분화용 조성물 및 분화 방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 종양괴사인자-알파(tumor necrosis factor-α, TNF-α) 및/또는 IL-15을 유효성분으로 함유하는 자연살해세포 분화용 조성물, 및 상기 조성물을 이용한 자연살해세포의 분화 유도 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 TNF-α및/또는 IL-15은 조혈줄기세포에서 자연살해세포로의 분화를 촉진시키고, 자연살해세포의 활성을 증가시키므로, 자연살해세포 분화용 조성물의 유효성분으로 유용하게 사용될 수 있다. | - |
