| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 락톤(lactone)계 화합물을 유효성분으로 함유하는 피부 미백용 조성물에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로 1-O-아세틸-4R,6S-브리타닐락톤(1-O-acetyl-4R,6S-britannilactone) 또는 1-하이드록시-4R,6S-브리타닐락톤(1-hydroxy-4R,6S-britannilactone)은 우수한 멜라닌 합성 저해 활성을 가지며 세포독성이 거의 없으므로 피부 미백용 조성물로 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
