- Abstract
- 본 발명은 벨벳애플(Diospyros blancoi A. DC.) 추출물을 유효성분으로 함유하는 염증성 질환, 알레르기 질환 또는 천식의 예방 및 치료를 위한 약학적 조성물에 관한 것으로, 더욱 구체적으로는 벨벳애플 추출물은 염증 유발에 의해 급격히 증가한 NO 및 PGE2의 생성을 억제하고, 이는 NF-kB의 핵으로 전이를 저해함으로써 iNOS 및 COX-2 발현을 억제하며, TNF-α와 IL-1β 및 IL-4와 IL-13의 양을 현저하게 감소시키는 효과를 가지며 또한, 마우스 대식세포 난백알부민(ovalbumin)-유도 천식 동물모델에서 기관지 폐포세척액의 호산구의 증가를 억제하고, 페포세척액 및 혈액의 면역글로불린의 분비와 케모카인의 분비를 억제하는 활성을 가지므로 염증성 질환, 알레르기 질환 또는 천식의 예방 및 치료용 조성물의 유효성분으로 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
