- 본 발명은 젖버섯아재비(Lactarius hatsudake) 추출물 또는 이로부터 제조한 분획물을 유효성분으로 함유하는 항염증용 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는, 젖버섯아재비 추출물 또는 이를 유기용매로 분획하여 제조한 분획물은 염증성 사이토카인인 인터페론-감마(Interferon-γ)의 생산 또는 분비를 억제하고, 세포독성이 거의 없는 안전한 물질이므로, 면역강화, 염증성 질환의 예방, 개선 또는 치료를 위한 조성물의 유효성분으로서 유용하게 사용할 수 있으며 이로부터 노화방지 및 피부 개선 화장료 등에 유용하게 사용할 수 있다.
