| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 젖버섯아재비(Lactarius hatsudake) 추출물로부터 분리한 구아이안 세스퀴테르핀(guaiane sesquiterpenes)계 화합물, 이의 제조방법, 및 이를 유효성분으로 함유하는 항염증용 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는, 젖버섯아재비로부터 분리한 신규한 구아이안 세스퀴테르핀(guaiane sesquiterpenes)계 화합물인 락타리올린(Lactarioline) A 및 B는 염증성 사이토카인인 인터페론-감마(Interferon-γ)의 생성을 억제하고, 세포독성이 거의 없어 피부 세포의 세포독성이 없는 안전한 물질이므로, 염증성 질환의 예방, 개선 또는 치료를 위한 조성물의 유효성분으로서 유용하게 사용할 수 있다. | - |
