| dc.description.abstract | 올레아놀린산 아세테이트(oleanolic acid acetate), 이의 약학적으로 허용되는 염, 상기 올레아놀린산 아세테이트를 포함하는 적소두 추출물 또는 상기 올레아놀린산 아세테이트를 포함하는 적소두 추출물의 분획물을 유효성분으로 포함하는 TLR 및 IL-6 매개성 질환의 예방 또는 치료용 약학적 조성물, 상기 조성물을 포함하는 피부 외용제, 건강기능식품 및 개인위생용품에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 적소두 추출물 또는 화합물은 오랫동안 천연약재로서 사용되어온 천연물에서 유래되어 부작용이 없으면서도, dsRNA 및 ssRNA의 합성 유사체인 Poly(I:C)와 Poly(I)에 의해 유도되는 TLR-3 및 TLR-7의 활성저해 및 NF-κB를 포함하는 신호전달 경로를 차단하고, IL-6에 의해 활성화되는 염증관련 전사인자인 STAT3의 전사활성 및 인산화 저해 및 DNCB에 의한 NC/Nga 마우스의 아토피성 피부염의 유발을 억제할 수 있으므로, 다양한 TLR 및 IL-6 매개성 질환의 예방 또는 치료제의 개발에 널리 활용될 수 있을 것이다. | - |
