- 본 발명은 팥꽃나무(Daphne genkwa) 추출물, 이의 분획물 또는 하기 화학식 1의 분리한 화합물을 유효성분으로 함유하는 아토피 예방 또는 치료용 약학적 조성물에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로 본 발명에 따른 상기 팥꽃나무 추출물, 분획물 또는 이로부터 분리한 화합물인 겐크와다프닌(Genekwadapnin) 또는 유안후아신(yuanhuacine)은 면역세포 Th1 사이토카인 분비량을 효과적으로 증가시키고, 아토피 마우스 동물 모델에서 아토피 억제 효능을 나타내므로 아토피의 예방 또는 치료에 유용하게 사용될 수 있다:
