- Abstract
- 본 발명은 홍조류로부터 혼합유기산 생산능이 우수한 신균주 및 이를 포함하는 미생물 컨소시움과 상기 균주 또는 미생물 컨소시움을 이용한 홍조류로부터 혼합산을 생산하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면 전처리 및 당화공정을 거치지 않고, 미생물 컨소시움에 의해 바이오매스를 직접 발효함으로서, 바이오연료 생산에서 가장 큰 비중을 차지하는 전처리 및 당화 비용을 절감시켜 저비용·고효율로 바이오연료를 생산하는 방법으로 활용될 수 있다.
